The Times, They are a Changin’

The leaves have already colored and faded, and soon enough, it’ll be dark at 4 p.m. My favorite season has come and gone, and it’s just about time to hunker down for a long, long winter. So let’s all try to be zen about this and enjoy a bit of fall’s flavor while it lasts. Because the wonderful world of a new work life in the fast lane, and also my pathetic excuse for camera skills, I’m leaning on Etsy pretty heavily for this dose of inspiration…unless anyone wants to be my pro bono honorary photographer. (Eh?) Anyway, for now, let’s sit back, relax, and rely on the magic of marketing to remind us of the beauty that lies within the simple details of fall, like warm, copper colors, coasters for hot cocoa and fingerless gloves.

A highlight in my day is opening up the daily Etsy email, so I can soak in a timely and stylish medley of designs. A little sad, but I don’t think I care.
